TK Custom Homes was established by registered builder Troy McInnes and his wife Kate, who have over 25 years’ experience in the building industry. After many years of working in all aspects of residential construction, Troy and Kate decided to combine their experience and passion for new homes, and strive to offer a unique building experience, where the client deals directly with the owners of the business from design to completion.
